According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union(appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) concerning polyethylene for drawing factory three-layer anticorrosive covering on pipes of the big diameter classified by the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code 3901 20 900 1 of EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date this Decision till October 31, 2016 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) the following changes:

a) to add line item with code 3901 20 900 1 of the CN FEA EEU in the column of the fourth with the reference to the note "58C";

b) notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 №54) to add with the note 58C of the following content:

"<58C> the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0% of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of August 21, 2015 №55 till 31.10.2016 inclusive.".
