About modification of Rules of provision and receipt of telecommunication services

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Rules of provision and receipt of telecommunication services approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 11, 2012 No. 295 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 29, Art. 1074; 2013, No. 11, Art. 418; 2014, No. 77, Art. 2196, No. 88, Art. 2521), following changes:

to add the subitem 1 of Item 55 after the words "in the statement" with words ", except transfer of subscriber number";

add Rules with Item 55-1 of the following content:

"55-1. In case of transfer of subscriber number the termination of provision of service (services) is performed by the operator on written or such that arrived remotely by communication, to the statement of the subscriber with the subsequent termination according to the legislation of validity or when entering changes into it about the termination of provision of one or several services ordered by the subscriber.

The termination of provision of service (services) is performed at the time of completion of transfer of subscriber number.".
