About implementation of transport and weight and dimensional control from the effective date Treaties of Accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union

Due to completion of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of ratification procedure of the Treaty of Accession of the Kyrgyz Republic by parliaments to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and the forthcoming entry into force of the Agreement of accession in force, and also for the purpose of implementation of requirements of the Procedure of transport (automobile) control on external border of the Eurasian Economic Union (Appendix No. 24 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014), I order:

1. To management of road and rail transport (to Akmatov A. T.):

- inform the Eurasian economic commission on removal of transport control on the Kyrgyz-Kazakhstan site of frontier from the effective date of the Treaty of Accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 (Agreements on EEU);

- carry out necessary preparatory work on the organization of meeting of bodies of transport control of state members of EEU and representatives of Department of the transport and infrastructure of ECE planned for August of the current year to Bishkek and to determine the list of the questions from the Kyrgyz side submitted for discussion.

2. To the state agency of road and water transport (to Bekmuratov A. S.):

- from the effective date Treaties of Accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Agreement on EEU to transfer transport control from check points on the Kyrgyz-Kazakhstan site of frontier to internal stationary posts of transport control;

- organize implementation of transport control on external border of the Eurasian Economic Union according to requirements of the Procedure of transport (automobile) control on external border of the Eurasian Economic Union (Appendix No. 24 to the Agreement on EEU).
