About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – Part (2) article 1 of the Law on the free enterprise zone of "Balti" No. 26 of March 4, 2010 (2010, Art. No. 39-40, 105), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Items e), f), g) and h) the following content:

"e) parcel of land Ploshchad 15,15 of hectare, cadastral number 8001103045, Streshen;

f) the parcel of land Ploshchad 2, of hectare, cadastral number 8001105079, on Ulitsa Miron Kostin, 2, Streshen;

g) the parcel of land Ploshchad 10, of hectare on Ulitsa Alexey Mateevich, 49, Streshen;

h) the parcel of land Ploshchad 8, of hectare consisting of sectors of sites with cadastral numbers 2701209156, of 2701209271, of 2701209274, on st. Alba Iulia, Keushen.".

Art. II. – Part (4) article 12 of the Law on standard price and procedure for purchase and sale of the earth No. 1308-XIII of July 25, 1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 147-149, 1161), with subsequent changes, after words "The law on industrial parks" to add with the words "for expansion or creation of free enterprise zones".

Art. III. – To the government in three-months time:

– bring the regulations into accord with this law;

– adopt the regulations necessary for execution of this law.
