About recognition No. 43/79/5 which voided the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine, the Ministry of statistics of Ukraine and the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine of April 20, 1994
According to Item "About the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine decided 11 parts three of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine:
1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine, the Ministry of statistics of Ukraine and the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine of April 20, 1994 No. 43/79/5 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for separation of the companies and associations and department from them structural divisions and units", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 7, 1994 at No. 153/362.
2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
