About entering of amendments and changes into some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national social insurance" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1996, No. 7, the Art. 85) the following amendments and changes:

transfer pension assets to trust management in managing companies;

distribute investment revenues on accumulated portions of insurance accounts of insured persons;

perform pension payment, benefits;

perform payment of investment part of the state pension according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;

demand from legal entities and physical persons of submission of the documents connected with appointment and pension payment and benefits;

demand from insurers of elimination of the revealed violations of the law on pension payment;

impose administrative penalties according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on the administrative responsibility;

perform other rights established by this Law.

2. The insurer shall:

observe the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, the rights of insured persons protected by the law regarding providing with pensions, benefits and compensations on the national social insurance;

provide effective management of means of the national social insurance;
