Make the following changes to "The rule of import of office and civil weapon to the Azerbaijan Republic and export it from the Azerbaijan Republic", approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of August 24, 2002 No. 769 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2002, No. 8, Article 489; 2004, No. 8, Article 616; 2005, No. 1, Articles 15, 19; 2006, No. 9, Article 743; 2008, No. 7, Articles 612, 619, No. 8, Article 719; 2009, No. 4, Article 226; 2014, No. 10, Article 1213):
1. add with the third offer of the following content part 2:
"Weapon and its ammunition can be imported into the Azerbaijan Republic by security guards of the states and organizations which accompany heads of state and government, their members of the family, heads of the international organizations, and also officials of foreign states and the international organizations during their visits to the Azerbaijan Republic for the purpose of accomplishment of service duties.".

2.1. after words of "ammunition" to add with words "(except for the office weapon and its ammunition provided by the third offer of part of 2 these rules)".
2.2. add with the second and third offers of the following content:
