About approval of Changes to the Instruction about payment procedure of cash cover by the serviceman of the State Border Service of Ukraine

According to article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families", No. 1294 "About streamlining of structure and conditions of cash cover of the military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure and some other persons" and for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act of Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation I order to Item 5 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 7, 2007:

1. Approve Changes to the Instruction about payment procedure of cash cover by the serviceman of the State Border Service of Ukraine approved by the order of Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine of May 20, 2008 No. 425, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on June 18, 2008 for No. 537/15228, which are applied.

2. To provide to department of legal providing the Ministry of Internal Affairs (D.V.'s Gorbas) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Chairman of the State Border Service of Ukraine colonel general Nazarenko V. A.
