Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About general conscription of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, about military and alternative services" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 2, the Art. 116) the following amendments:
