About entering of amendments and changes into the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1.

Bring in the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 10, the Art. 442) the following amendments and changes:

1. To add part 2 of Article 32 with Items 7 and 8 of the following content:

3. In Article 177:

in part 9 of the word "or from the sanction of the prosecutor" shall be replaced with words "or according to the court decree";
