1. Bring in the List of areas of obligatory pilot carrying out and categories of courts which are exempted from obligatory pilot carrying out, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of September 4, 2013 662, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 12, 2013 for No. 1775/24107 (with changes), the following changes:

1) Item 3 after subitem 2 to add with the new subitem 3 following of content:

"3) the area of seaport Youzhny (for the vessels going from seaport Youzhny) - from point of acceptance of the pilot or anchor parking of port to gate of port and internal waters of port within the Adzhalyksky estuary, also in the opposite direction to point of disembarkation of the pilot or to anchor parking of port.

Acceptance and disembarkation of the pilot are performed in points with coordinates:

the place of acceptance - width 46 ° 31 "48" "N; longitude 030 ° 57" 00 "" E;

the place of disembarkation - width 46 ° 32 "20" "N; longitude 030 ° 55" 52 "" E; ".

With respect thereto to consider subitems 3-7 respectively subitems 4-8;

2) in Item 5:

replace figure "7" with figure "8";
