1. Approve enclosed:
1) Rules of conducting inspection check by accredited body on confirmation of conformity;
2) Rules of suspension or cancellation of action of the issued certificates of conformity or action of registration of declarations of conformity;
3) Rules of recognition of foreign certificates of conformity, test reports, marks of conformity and other documents in the field of confirmation of conformity.
2. To provide to management on technical regulation and metrology this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.
4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
