About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons entrepreneurs"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons entrepreneurs" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. 31-32, of Art. 263; 2006, No. 37, Art. 310; 2009, No. 19, Art. 263; 2011, No. 38, Art. 385, No. 46, Art. 512; 2014, No. 28, Art. 935, No. 44, Art. 2040; 2015, No. 24, Art. 170) following changes:

Paragraph two of part two of Article 35 to add 1) with the words "except changes in constituent documents of the state companies, organizations and organizations connected with change of body to which management sphere they belong";

In paragraph one of part four of Article 37 of the word "which accepted" shall be replaced with words 2) "to powers of which acceptance belongs".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
