About measures for expansion of collection of payments

1. Collection of payments on services of housing and communal services, the electric power, gas, water, telephone communication and other types of service of payments, except for taxes, obligatory payments in the budget and other means of the Government budget to perform on regular basis, it is reliable and safe by means of modern electronic technologies on contractual basis.
2. Questions of risks, the commissions and the obligation of the parties also shall be provided in agreements along with other conditions in a specific way.
3. To the relevant ministries and departments, executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas of republican subordination to take necessary measures for accomplishment of this resolution.
4. Recommend to National Bank Tajikistan together with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to approve the Procedure for collection of payments, by means of modern electronic technologies.
