1. Approve the enclosed Rules of the organization and carrying out tenders by provision of the parcels of land in lease for conducting agricultural production.
2. To agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on management of land resources to introduce this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for state registration.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.
