1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About transfer of objects of the right of the state-owned and utility property" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, No. 34, Art. 228; 2000, No. 5, Art. 35; 2001, No. 9, Art. 39; 2013, No. 8, Art. 76, No. 41, Art. 550, No. 42, Art. 586; 2014, No. 4, Art. 61, No. 36, Art. 1192) following changes:

1) in Article 4:

in part one:

in the paragraph the second "second, third, fifth" shall be replaced with words words "the second - the fifth";
