About modification of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses concerning strengthening of fight against poaching and environment protection
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Part the second article 255 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (1984, Appendix to No. 51, by the station 1122) to add sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR with Item 20 of the following content:
"20) the huntsman and officials of users of the hunting grounds authorized on protection of the state hunting fund (Article 65, 65-1, 66, 72, 73, 77, 77-1, parts one and third Articles 85)".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
