Based on Item 26 of the List of regulatory legal acts which acceptance is necessary for the purpose of implementation of legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of December 30, 2004 for No. 383-r "About measures for implementation of legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan", I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of use in the medical purposes of the drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors which are subject to control in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. To committee of pharmacy of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Pak L. Yu.) direct in accordance with the established procedure this order to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To provide to department of organization-legal work (Akrachkov D. V.) official publication of this order in mass media after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Declare invalid the Order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for health care of May 11, 2001 No. 428 "About approval of Storage precautions, accounting, writing out, leave, use of the medicines containing the drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors which are subject to control" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 1604).
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the First vice-Minister of Health Akanov A. A.
6. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
