If during proceeedings about administrative offense it will be determined that the head of the municipality heading local administration, other official of local government body, the head of local government office the offer on allocation of budgetary appropriations was brought or went for implementation of appropriate authority of local government body, accomplishment of the corresponding authorized tasks by local government office according to procedure and terms of creation of the draft of the corresponding local budget and at the same time budgetary funds for the specified purposes were not allocated, proceeedings about administrative offense concerning the specified officials are subject to the termination.".
