"i) use undersized self-propelled and dumb boats (swimming means) on sites of water areas of the seaports used for landing (disembarkation) of passengers and (or) transfer of the loads of the increased danger determined by the obligatory resolutions in seaport approved by the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.".
