1. Bring in the Instruction on the organization of forced execution of decisions approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 02, 2012 No. 512/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 2, 2012 at No. 489/20802 (with changes), the following changes:

"In case of cancellation by court of measures of providing the claim for complete enforcement proceedings the state contractor recovers enforcement proceedings within three working days from the date of receipt of the judgment (if the complete enforcement proceeding is destroyed in connection with the expiration of its storage, the state contractor takes measures for recovery of materials of enforcement proceeding by means of data from the Unified state register of enforcement proceedings and other documents, information received by it including from the parties of enforcement proceeding) then the property is exempted from under arrest under the resolution of the state contractor without pronouncement of the resolution on opening of enforcement proceeding.".

2. To department of the public executive service of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Terletskaya A. A.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
