"The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation is the federal executive body performing maintaining the register of investment projects specified regarding the 4th article 3.1 of the Federal law "About Purchases of Goods, Works, Services as Separate Types of Legal Entities".".
2. Financial provision of the payment commitments connected with implementation of this resolution is performed within the budgetary appropriations provided to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions and also the number of employees of central office of the Ministry established by the Government of the Russian Federation.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of Item 3 of article 1 of the Federal Law "About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Purchases of Goods, Works, Services as Separate Types of Legal Entities" and article 112 of the Federal law "About Contractual System in the field of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs".
