About modification and amendments in the Law on the national lawyer (ombudsman) No. 52 of April 3, 2014
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
In the Law on the national lawyer (ombudsman) No. 52 of April 3, 2014 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 110-114, 278) to make the following changes and addition:
1. In Article 13:
part (to state 2) in the following edition:
"(2) the National lawyer uses the social guarantees established by the Law on the status of persons who are taking up responsible state positions, No. 199 of July 16, 2010.";
add Article with part (3) the following content:
"(3) Compensation of the national lawyer is performed in accordance with the terms and according to the procedure, established by the Law on wages system in the budget sphere No. 355-XVI of December 23, 2005.".
2. Item e) parts (Article 21 to declare 5) invalid.
