About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine in the field of public procurements concerning their reduction in compliance with international standards and taking measures to overcoming corruption the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About implementation of public procurements" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 24, the Art. 883, No. 26, the Art. 901, No. 49, Art. 2056; 2015, No. 16, Art. 109, No. 26, Art. 220):

1) in Article 1 part one:

Item 2 after words "public authority" to add with words "local government body";

in Item 7 of the word "including such types of providing as guarantee, guarantee, pledge, deposit, penalty, deposit" shall be replaced with words "in the form of such providing as guarantee, pledge, deposit, the deposit";
