Article 2. In six-months term from coming into force of this Law, the license of persons who obtained the license of the sphere of town planning before entry into force of this Law conform to requirements of this Law. In the cases provided by this Article for replacement of licenses the state fee is not collected.
Article 3. Action of licenses, not sootvetstvovanny to requirements of this Law in the stipulated in Clause 2 presents of the Law term, is considered stopped.
Article 4. This Law becomes effective in six months after official publication.
