About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About licensing"

Article 1. ZR-193 of May 30, 2001 "About licensing"" (further - the Law) to add article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with Item 5 of the following content:
"5) control over activities of licensed persons for providing the international obligations of the Republic of Armenia on ensuring the international security.".

"2.1. The licensing body when licensing notifies licensed person on the international obligations of the Republic of Armenia on ensuring the international security. In case of change of these obligations, the licensing body in 15-day term after entry into force of these changes shall notify licensed person.".
Article 4. The law to add with Article 12.1 of the following content:
"Article 12.1. Mandatory requirements and conditions for import, export and transit transportation of military products and implementation of intermediary activities in trade in military products
1. For import, export and transit transportation of military products, and also implementation of intermediary activities in trade in military products licensed persons before implementation of import, export and transit transportation of military products, and also agreement signatures on mediation in trade in military products shall receive the decision of the licensing body about compliance of these activities to the purposes, the stipulated in Clause 6 these Laws.
