1. Take into consideration that:
On May 18, 2015 in Brussels between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Interregional research institution UN concerning crime and justice the Memorandum of understanding on organization and functioning of the Regional secretariat of the centers of the best practices for chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear materials for Central Asia is signed (further - the Memorandum);
according to the Memorandum the Interregional research institution UN concerning crime and justice provides financial resources for covering of the expenses connected with content and ensuring proper functioning of the Regional secretariat of the centers of the best practices for chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear materials for Central Asia (further - the Regional secretariat), by the conclusion of the corresponding financial agreement.
2. Appoint the head of the Regional secretariat - the chairman of the State committee of industrial safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the national coordinator - the chief of Inspectorate for supervision of execution of the Convention on prohibition of chemical and bacteriological weapon of the State committee of industrial safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with assignment on them of the tasks following from the Charter of the Regional secretariat.
3. Determine that coordination of interaction of the state organizations with the Regional secretariat will be ensured by the State committee of industrial safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
