1.1. return of the budget credits granted to regional budgets at the expense of means of the state trust budget fund of national development in the amount of 150 million rubles for financing of purchase of mineral fertilizers is performed no later than December 31, 2018;

1.2. return of the money placed by the Ministry of Finance in the deposit in Belagroprombank open joint stock company (further - JSC Belagroprombank) at the expense of means of the state trust budget fund of national development in the amount of 305, of 38 million rubles, including 155, one million rubles - for financing of purchase of fuels and lubricants and 150 million rubles - for financing of purchase of nitrogen fertilizers, and also the money placed by regional executive committees in the deposit in JSC Belagroprombank at the expense of the means provided according to subitem 1.1 of this Item is performed till December 30, 2018 with establishment of deposit interest rate in the amount of 1 annual interest rate;
