About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the value added tax"

Article 1. In article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-118 of May 14, 1997 "About the value added tax":
1) words of Item 17 "to persons performing professional activity in the security market" shall be replaced with words "professional participants of the security market",
Item 17 after the eighth paragraph to add 2) with new paragraphs of the following content:
"-management of investment fund,
- preserving investment fund.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
