About modification and amendments in the Law on pharmaceutical activities No. 1456-XII of May 25, 1993

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on pharmaceutical activities No. 1456-XII of May 25, 1993 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 59-61, 200), with subsequent changes to make the following changes and addition:

- to 15 percent – for the business entities importing and/or implementing wholesale of medicine both import, and domestic on all segment of wholesale, before delivery to retail network;

- to 25 percent – for drugstores;

b) on drugs which price (according to the National price catalog of the producer on drugs) lies in limits of 30,01-60 of lei the trade margin to 32 percent of selling price of domestic manufacturer or purchase price, from them is established:

- to 12 percent – for the business entities importing and/or implementing wholesale of medicine both import, and domestic on all segment of wholesale, before delivery to retail network;

- to 20 percent – for drugstores;

c) on drugs which price (according to the National price catalog of the producer on drugs) lies in limits of 60,01-120 of lei the trade margin to 26 percent of selling price of domestic manufacturer or purchase price, from them is established:
