About entering of amendments into the Law on the Government No. 64-XII of May 31, 1990

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on the Government No. 64-XII of May 31, 1990 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 131-133, 1018), with subsequent changes to make the following additions:

1. The second Article 27 to add part with Item 5-1) of the following content:

"5-1) disposes about implementation by Control service of the Prime Minister of control of effective and timely realization of the central branch public management of responsibility conferred on it;".

2. Add Article 31 with part two of the following content:

"As a part of the State office the Control service of the Prime Minister exercising control over the implementation by the central branch public management of the functions provided by the regulatory base and the tasks established by acts of the Government, its Program of activities and other documents of state policy is effective.".

Art. II. – To the government in a month from the date of publication of this law to determine procedure for the organization and functioning of Control service of the Prime Minister.
