About modification of article 24 of the Law on the Government No. 64-XII of May 31, 1990
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In Item 2) article 24 of the Law on the Government No. 64-XII of May 31, 1990 (repeated publication: 2002, Art. No. 131-133, 1018), with subsequent changes, line item "the Moldsilva Agency exclude the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

- provide to Parliament of the offer on reduction of the current legislation to compliance with this law;
- bring the regulations into accord with this law.
