Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation in connection with adoption of the Federal Law "About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation regarding refining of types of public service and recognition of invalid part 19 of article 323 of the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2016.

In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 20, 2003 No. 512 "About the list of the income types considered when calculating the average per capita income of family and the income of the living alone citizen for rendering the government public assistance to them" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, No. 34, Art. 3374; 2006, No. 3, Art. 297; 2007, No. 50, Art. 6299):
a) in Item 2 of the word to "Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words to "The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation";
