About entering of amendments and changes into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 7, 2015 No. 76

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 7, 2015 No. 76 "About financing of state programs and actions in 2015" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 17.02. 2015, 5/40100; 25.06. 2015, 5/40687; 12:08. 2015, 5/40899; 13:08. 2015, 5/40910) following amendments and changes:

the paragraph one of subitem 2.1 of Item 2 after the word Belvneshekonombank to add with words ", Priorbank to open joint stock company";

in Item 3:

state subitem 3.4 in the following edition:

"3.4. crediting within state programs and actions in the amounts exceeding the amounts specified in appendices 1, 2 to this resolution and funding plan total amounts of crediting according to appendix 3, and also the projects which are not included in appendices 1, 2 to this resolution and funding plan is performed without rendering the state support if other is not established by legal acts;";

add Item with subitem 3.6 of the following content:

"3.6. provision of export loans within the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 534 "About assistance to commodity export development (works, services)" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 143, 1/7870) is performed by the banks specified in subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of this resolution, and Moscow-Minsk Bank, Belgazprombank and Paritetbank open joint stock companies on condition of not exceeding of the total amounts of crediting established by appendix 3 to this resolution taking into account the direction of funds for crediting of other state programs and actions specified in appendices 1 and 2 to this resolution.";
