About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine on providing disabled people with cars

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In article 38 of the Law of Ukraine "About bases of social security of disabled people in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1991, No. 21, Art. 252; Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 37, Art. 453; 2010, No. 8, Art. 62, No. 31, Art. 418, No. 46, Art. 535):

Part one to state 1) in the following edition:

"Article 38. Technical and other means of rehabilitation (means for movement, prosthetic products, surdotekhnichesky means, mobile phones for written communication, etc.), products of medical appointment (individual devices, prostheses of eyes, teeth, jaws, points, hearing and golosoobrazuyushchy aids, endoprostheses, urine - and kalopriyemnik), and also cars, chairs wheel with the electric drive - in the presence of the corresponding medical certificate are provided to disabled people and handicapped children free of charge or on favorable terms based on the individual program of rehabilitation of service in social and medical attendance,";

To add 2) after part one with new part of the following content:
