About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning determination of start date of temporary occupation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About providing the rights and freedoms of citizens and legal regime in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 26, the Art. 892, No. 43, the Art. 2030):

Article 1 to add 1) with part two of the following content:

"2. Start date of temporary occupation is on February 20, 2014";

Item 1 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" after the words "moral damage of compulsorily displaced persons" to add 2) with the words "or from the date of acceptance by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decisions on recognition of this law invalid".

2. In article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About creation of the free economic zone Crimea and about features of implementation of economic activity in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 43, the Art. 2030):

Items 12.1 and 12.2 to exclude 1);

The subitem 11 of Item 12.3 to state 2) in the following edition:

"11) are not applied to taxpayers who as of the beginning of temporary occupation had the location in the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol since the first following after month in which temporary occupation, financial and penalties for violation of requirements of procedure for representation, calculation, correctness of filling of tax declarations (tax statements) and completeness of payment of the amounts of taxes and fees began".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within 30 days from the date of entry into force of this Law:
