For the purpose of enhancement and streamlining of wages system of the employees of the State inspectorate for veterinary and phytosanitary safety under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic who are not belonging to the category of government employees according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of the workers who are not belonging to the category of the government employees and occupied in public institutions including the organizations subordinated to state bodies of the executive authority" of April 6, 2015 No. 197 the following amendment:
- add with appendix 16-1 in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic by preparation of offers on modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2015 and the forecast for 2016-2017" to consider the expenses following from this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2015 and is subject to official publication.
