1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out technical inspection of vehicles" of May 3, 2013 No. 239 the following changes and amendments:
in preamble of the word and figures "with article 10 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "The technical regulation of the Kyrgyz Republic on safety of land vehicles" shall be replaced with words "with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About traffic in the Kyrgyz Republic";
in Regulations on the procedure for carrying out technical inspection of vehicles approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. The main objective of technical inspection is control of compliance of design of vehicles to the requirements established by the corresponding Technical regulation";
