4. Bring in the resolution of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic "About suspension of privatization of the separate nationalized objects" of February 12, 2014 No. 3816-V the following change:

in Item 1 of the word "49 percent of shares of Alfa telecom Ltd to exclude.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on Committee of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on economic and fiscal policy (Samakov K. S.).
