About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of enhancement of wages system of some employee categories occupied in the social sphere according to articles 10 and 37 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of official pay rates of the technical and junior service personnel occupied in the social sphere" of August 23, 2011 with No. 489 the following change:

- to state appendices 1 and 2 to the above-named resolution in edition according to appendices 1 and 2 to this resolution.

2. Establish coefficients to official pay rates of the technical service personnel and junior service personnel occupied in the social sphere, in the following sizes:

- since September 1, 2015 - 1,2;

- since September 1, 2016 - 1,35;

- since September 1, 2017 - 1,5.

3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 16, 2015 No. 369 the following change:

- declare Item 2 invalid.

4. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since July 3, 2015.
