For the purpose of establishment of uniform approach of customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus in case of identification of the facts of discrepancy of quantity characteristics of goods which weight in the course of transportation and storage undergoes changes, being guided by Articles 134, of 180, 182 and 187 Customs codes of the Republic of Belarus, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1.1. in case of carrying out in border check-points of customs clearance of transactions of customs control and identification of exceeding of actual weight net of the bananas imported on customs area of the Republic of Belarus fresh of subline item 0803 00 Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Belarus (further - goods) to the net weight specified in shipping documents (invoice, the invoice, the pro forma bill, the specification, etc.) not to initiate proceeedings about administrative customs offense and to issue the authority for the move under customs control of the specified goods to customs of appointment under condition:

if the actual weight net of imported goods exceeds the net weight declared in shipping documents no more than for 7 percent;

compliance of number of places (cardboard boxes) specified in shipping documents to the quantity fixed in the act of customs examination;

the proper equipment of the vehicle for transportation of goods under customs seals and seals.
