Being guided by Item 19 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About receipt of information" of April 20, 2012 No. 323-IVQD, in connection with entry into force of the specified Law I decide:

1. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

1.1. in three-months time:

1.1.1. prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the offers connected with reduction of the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic and acts of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic in compliance with the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About receipt of information";

1.1.2. provide reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in compliance with the specified law and inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

1.1.3. according to article 26.4 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About receipt of information" from approval of the Commissioner for Human Rights (ombudsman) of the Azerbaijan Republic to establish the list of the rendered paid information services, payment procedure for preparation and provision of information, cases of provision of prepayment-based information, condition of privileges and condition, possible in case of payment execution, and the rule of providing query under the agreement and to inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;
