For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 2.2 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About modification of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the forest code of the Azerbaijan Republic approved by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 30, 1997" of March 30, 1998 No. 693" of October 31, 2014 No. 330, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

Exclude the second paragraph of Item 2.2 of "Rules of protection, protection of forest fund and recovery of the woods" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 1, 2000 No. 78 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 5, Article 359; No. 1, Article 49, No. 9, Article 855) and to add 2005, with Item 2.2-1 of the following content:

"2.2-1. The state supervision for ensuring compliance with the forest legislation, rational use of forest fund, protection of the woods against illegal cutting down in accordance with the established procedure performs the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Azerbaijan Republic.".
