About protection of the highways of republican value which are in general use

As a result of transportation of goods with violation of requirements of dimensions, heavy loads with excess of the permitted maximum weight or load of axis by large-size and (or) heavyweight vehicles, in many cases deformations the highways of republican value which are in general use collapse or exposed.

Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of not assumption of abuse of regulations, the concerning permitted parameters of dimension, weight and the mass of large-size and (or) heavyweight vehicles falling on axis together with load, for protection of the highways of republican value which are in general use in connection with implementation of new technologies and creation of the electronic protocol on administrative offense for violation of requirements in this area I decide:

1. To Azeryolservice open joint stock company of the Ministry of transport of the Azerbaijan Republic together with Head department of the state road traffic police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic:

1.1. for establishment of cases of violation of requirements, concerning the permitted parameters of dimension, weight and the mass of large-size and (or) heavyweight vehicles falling on axis together with load to provide installation of technical means (the electronic scales and chips) measuring parameters of weight and mass of the moving vehicles under paving in the places determined according to Item 2.1 of this Order;

1.2. provide connection of the established technical means (electronic scales and chips) to centralized information system of Head department of the state road traffic police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic for departure in real time of information on persons who violated requirements of the permitted parameters of dimension, weight and the mass of large-size and (or) heavyweight vehicles falling on axis together with load and parameters of weight and weight of such moving vehicles, and also photos and video of the specified vehicles for the purpose of creation of the electronic protocol on administrative offense.
