About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the civil aircrafts entered in the Register of civil aircrafts of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 2, 2008 No. 202

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the civil aircrafts entered in the Register of civil aircrafts of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 2, 2008 No. 202 the following change and amendment:

- the fifth Item 1 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-transportation of passengers on the aircrafts which are earlier included in the Register of civil aircrafts of the Kyrgyz Republic which are more than 40 years old from date of issue, except for the YAK-40, aircraft registration No. EH-00007.";

- add with Item 3-1 of the following content:

"3-1. Confers responsibility for further safe operation of the YAK-40, aircraft registration No. EX-00007, on open joint stock company "The international airport "Manas".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
