1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on recognition of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic by the forced migrant" of April 5, 2004 No. 229 the following changes and amendment:

- in Regulations on the recognition of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic by the forced migrant approved by the above-stated resolution:

recognize preamble invalid;

in Item 1:
