About modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 28.11.2019 No. 818
1.2. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 22.01.2020 No. 36
1.3. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 28.11.2019 No. 818
1.4. in the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, No. 156 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 17, 2012 "About approval of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, entering of amendment into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2009 No. 193 and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 35, 5/35330):
1.4.1. in Item 6.25:
in the column "Name of Ministerial Procedure" "performing" to replace the word with the word "performing";
in the column "The Body Authorized on Implementation of Ministerial Procedure" of the word "storages, neutralizations and (or) uses" shall be replaced with words "temporary storage, burial, neutralization, use and (or) preparation for use";
1.4.2. in Item 6.28:
in the column "Name of Ministerial Procedure" of the word "garage cooperatives, gardening partnerships and other consumer cooperatives" shall be replaced with words "consumer cooperatives and gardening partnerships";
"cooperative" to add the column "Effective Period of the References or Other Documents Issued when Implementing Ministerial Procedure" after the word with the words "and gardening partnership".
2. This resolution becomes effective since October 23, 2015.
