According to article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About system of state bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan", article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" and for the purpose of ensuring transparency and clearness of the organization of structural divisions, control for correct and targeted budget expenditure on content of offices of the central executive bodies of the government, judicial authorities and bodies of prosecutor's office, local executive bodies of the government, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. To the central executive bodies of the government, judicial authorities and bodies of prosecutor's office, local executive bodies of the government to carry out registration of staff lists of government employees and expense budgets for content of the central offices and subordinated bodies provided in their schemes of management, annually till May 1 of financial year.
2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to make financing of salary payment to government employees of the registered bodies for presentation of the registration card about the staff list of government employees issued by the relevant financial body.
3. Perform registration of staff lists of government employees and expense budgets for content of the registered bodies the following procedure:
- central offices of the ministries, departments and subordinated bodies provided in their scheme of management financed by the republican budget, - in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan;
