About modification and amendments in the Instruction about compensation of employees of banks
Based on subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 15, 2008 No. 271 "About some questions of regulation of activities of banks", the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus
1. Bring in Item 6 of the Instruction on the compensation of employees of banks approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of September 11, 2013 No. 524 "About payment procedure of work of employees of banks" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 25.10.2013, 8/27999; 25.03. 2014, 8/28462), following change and amendment:
the words "not achievement of excess of growth rate of labor productivity over growth rate of the salary" to exclude;
add Item with words of "the basis according to the decision of authorized body of management of national bank".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
