state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Establish the minimum retail prices on 20 (twenty) filtered cigarettes:
1) till December 31, 2015 inclusive in the amount of two hundred twenty tenges;
2) since January 1, 2016 in the amount of two hundred forty tenges.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
